Delete your Ziki account

Open Ziki and go to Profile → Account → Delete my account.

Withdraw any balance first. An account with money in it, or with a deposit or withdrawal still in progress, can't be deleted until that is settled.

We confirm the request with you by SMS or email, then delete your profile and app data within 30 days.

We keep transaction and identity verification records for the period required by Malawian financial regulations, then delete them. See our Privacy Policy for details.
